By using CrackMyWord (“the Service”), you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

CrackMyWord is a free online word guessing game. It is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We may add, change, or remove features at any time without notice.

2. No accounts

The Service does not require an account. There is no sign-up or login. Your in-progress game is stored locally in a cookie on your device.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Service, including by automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or introducing malware.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by applicable law.
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, word list, graphics, and text, is owned by us (or our licensors) and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and play the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Third-party advertising

The Service may display ads from third-party networks, including Google AdSense. We do not control the content of those ads, and their appearance does not constitute endorsement. Interactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.
